Terms and Conditions:

1. Scope of Release: This release applies to all photographs and/or video recordings taken of me by MNF Productions, its representatives, or employees, whether in connection with the project named above or any other project.

2. Usage Rights: MNF Productions has the right to use, reproduce, and distribute the photographs and/or video recordings in any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to print publications, social media, websites, and promotional materials.

3. No Compensation: I understand that I will not receive any compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use of these photographs and/or video recordings.

4. Ownership: All photographs and/or video recordings shall be the sole property of MNF Productions and (or) their client. I understand that I do not have any rights to the photographs and/or video recordings or any benefits derived from them.

5. Liability: I release MNF Productions, its representatives, and employees from any and all claims, demands, damages, and causes of action that I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

6. Revocation: I understand that I cannot revoke this authorization once it is signed without agreement by both parties.

I, the undersigned, hereby grant MNF Productions, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and/or video recordings of me and my property. I authorize MNF Productions to use and publish these photographs and/or video recordings in print and/or electronically.

I agree that MNF Productions  and their client may use such photographs and/or video recordings of me with or without my name for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, advertising, and web content.
